I cant open my recording "because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click search box
2. "Add as Search Engine" option should be there
3. "Add as Search Engine" option is not there

What is the expected behavior?
Right click search box, "Add as Search Engine" option should be there

What went wrong?
"Add as Search Engine" option is not there

Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 48.0.2538.0 Channel: canary

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Judging by the CL description it was an intended change.
As you can see it explicitly removed "Add as search engine":
