Chrome Version : 66.0.3359.33
OS Version: 16.04.4 4.13.0-37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Unknown at this time, a significant load is involved.
Seems to start appearing in specific processes.
Scrolling seems to make the squares flicker around.
Other tabs not seeing issue.
What is the expected result?
Black boxes do not appear.
What happens instead of that?
Black boxes appear on some tabs.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I can confirm this issue in: Google Chrome: 67.0.3381.0 (Build oficial) dev (64 bits) Revision: ae7ce2710f11dd78c2f787b888d2cc19b912bf49-refs/heads/master@{#545918} OS: Linux JavaScript: V8 6.7.170 The black squares flicker at random positions of the page while scrolling.

Also having this problem. Does not occur in other browsers, and behavior is as described in other comments above. Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) Arch Linux (64-bit) OS Manjaro Linux 17.1.10 GPU: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
