afreebairnsmith@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 65.0.3325.162 and the latest Canary 67.0.3374.0 by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and could open a new tab by clicking on the new tab button on the tab strip. Could observe that a new tab is opened without any issues. 2. Could open a new tab by clicking on the wrench menu -> New tab. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to please check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to provide a screen cast of the steps followed to reproduce the issue which will help in better understanding. Thanks..

As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 67.0.3396.62 and there is no response from the reporter from a long time, closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix. @Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues observed on the latest chrome builds. Thanks! |
