veyron-minnie: Launcher press by touch is not working |

Issue descriptionChrome OS: 10452.14.0, 66.0.3359.35 dev channel veyron-minnie What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Press launcher button on the shelf by touch (2) (3) What is the expected result? What happens instead? Only the launcher press by touch is not working. Launcher key press and click on launcher button by mouse input works fine. Clicking on other parts of the shelf like on browser icon, notification center, Uber tray works fine with touch. Once launcher is opened, clicking anywhere in the apps list region works fine with touch.

After some testing on the test device, it seems like all touch input on the left side of the screen is not working (about a 1 inch size on the left border).

I gave the device back to mkarkada@, who is going to test this on another minnie. (maybe the touch screen just went bad? It seemed like a worn device.)

Is this only happen to particular chrome version? I have a minnie with 67.0.3367.0. The touch just works fine.

I tested on another minnie and touch works fine for launcher press. As Alex said in #4, the device on which I originally reported this issue, is broken for left side of the screen. I guess this bug can be closed!
