Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.31 VrCore: 1.13.185188193 OS: Android K Device: Nexus 5 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) go to https://vr.with.in/ (2) press enter VR button and place device into cardboard headset Repro's ever time What is the expected result? Presentation should work. User can select and play videos. What happens instead? Soon after entering WebVR presentation or immediately on pressing enter VR, the content will freeze. A Rats! WebGL hit a snag error msg appears in 2D mode.

Hi Bill, there is nothing on chrome://crashes. Would you like something from chrome://gpu? Could you tell me the steps for getting a crash id for the gpu process crash? Thanks!
