Software flash

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Software flash перестает работать
2. камера закрывается вместе с программой
3. Software flash не видит мою камеру

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
сбой Software flash, меня выбрасывает из браузера

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 65.0.3325.162 and the latest Canary 67.0.3376.1 by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to the site https://avenue.emcl.com/
2. Allowed the flash, Camera and Microphone settings and can view the webcam on the site without any issues. Also no crash is observed on Chrome.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

Also request you to provide the site where this issue is observed and also the Crash ID from chrome://crashes if any crash on the Chrome.
