What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://www.tutorialspoint.com/javascript/javascript_dialog_boxes.htm
(2) Find the "Prompt Dialog Box" section.  
(3) Click the  "Click Me" button, this should display the dialog.
(4) Place the phone in a headset.
(5) DON - complete this.

What is the expected result?
Either the page and dialog are put into VR
Or the dialog is dismissed/cancelled and the page is put into VR 

What happens instead?
User sees the non-VR dialog really bright in the headset.
To get to the desired VR state the user has to remove the device from the headset, clear the dialog, and put the device back into the headset.
