Perf Dashboard: Is rejecting integer value in chromiumCommitPositions diagnostic.

Project Member Reported by kjharland@google.com, Mar 16 2018

Issue description

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.190 (Chrome OS)
URL: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=0ce04a46389d3c70db844b4f57ac4e799519abccdecf364b4285fec30a89d0a6

Fuchsia example data uploads began failing sometime around midnight. The logs show that the dashboard is rejecting a non-integer value for the chromiumCommitPositions diagnostic, even though the value in our HistogramSet is an integer:

Rejection error message: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/ttaJtyESx1s
Integer value for diagnostic (see guid): https://screenshot.googleplex.com/LX7bn0F9hDi

Most likely this (gets me too with my crazy long generated commit positions), we check for ints but not longs.
Thanks for the quick fix. There's a LUCI bug preventing me from uploading new data but I'll retry ASAP and update to verify that this is working again for Fuchsia.
