Tabstrip tabs are not properly spaced

App Version: 66.0.3359.30 beta
iOS Version:  11.2.6, 10.3.3
Device: iPads only

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Goto techmeme.com and open 6 or more new tabs 
  3. Stay on the last tab

Observed results: Observe that the close button is always hidden for the last but one tab.

Expected results: Close button should visible, so that the tab can be closed without activating it.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M65 Yes
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M66 Yes

Summary: Tabstrip tabs are not properly spaced (was: Close button of last but one tab is always hidden in tabstrip.)
Updating the summary to better describe the issue.
