Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a Google Playstore App with it focused
2. Press Overview button 3 times to activate Overview mode

What is the expected behavior?
Should only need 1 key press of Overview key to activate Overview mode

What went wrong?
On the 1st press of Overview key, a very faint title bar of the app appears on top of the app. On 2nd press of Overview key, that title bar disappears. Finally on 3rd press of Overview key, Overview mode is activated.
This happens with Youtube and CBC Radio app I used. I can try other apps also if needed.

This problem only happens when trying to activate Overview mode with the app focused for the first time. Once Overview mode is activated with the app focused, subsequent activation of Overview mode requires only 1 key press as expected. But once the app is closed, open the app again and 3 key presses is required for 1st activation of Overview mode.

I never had this problem before. I am not sure when this started; maybe after the latest ChromeOS update.

I am using an Acer R11 chromebook (CB5-132T-C7R5).
