Reported by matteo...@gmail.com, Mar 16 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the attached file and open the console
2. Change multiple time the value of the select box
3. Watch the logs in the console

What is the expected behavior?
Every time the select value change, the console should log an error, a warning and a log message.
Press multiple time the button and watch the console; this is the expected behaviour.

What went wrong?
Console seems receive the message but there are some issues on displaying error and warning messages.

Did this work before? N/A

It is working on Linux Dev Channel (66.0.3359.26 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)). So seems to be an issue specific to either V65 or Windows.

Reverse Bisect Information:

kozyatinskiy@ - Could you please check and merge the fix to M-65 if it is a valid candidate.
Adding RBS for M-65 as it seems to be a recent regression. Please feel free to remove the same if not appropriate.

Thanks...!!

This one should be fixed from M66. Please use Canary if this issue is critical for you. M66 will become stable around Apr 17.

[Auto-generated comment by a script] We noticed that this issue is targeted for M-65; it appears the fix may have landed after branch point, meaning a merge might be required. Please confirm if a merge is required here - if so add Merge-Request-65 label, otherwise remove Merge-TBD label. Thanks.
