When the implementation of color managed canvas API is finalized and almost ready to ship, we might want to add performance tests for the API. 

This includes:
- Drawing on wide gamut canvas
- putImageData and getImageData
- toBlob and toDataURL
- CreateImageBitmap
- ImageBitmapRenderingContext
- OffscreenCanvas (if the perf tests were added for the regular one)
