Colors get picked up in url

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. insert a background-image with a color name in it (background-white.png)
2. open dev tools
3. Boom there is the bug

What is the expected behavior?
A url to the background image

What went wrong?
The color watch is added in so the link breaks

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3
