    Firefox: no
       Edge: Yes - runs fine
      IE 11: Yes - runs fine

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Chrome
(2) Run Chrome

What is the expected result?
Chrome to start

What happens instead?
Chrome doesn't start and a crash dump file is created (contents below and dump file attached).
NOTE: Previous version of chrome worked just fine. It wasn't until I upgraded that this started happening.
