Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Peppy and Jerry OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to chrome -> Open App launcher (2)Now drag any App into another App so that Folder is created Ex: Drag 'Files App' into 'Docs' -> Folder is created (3)Open Folder ->Observe for default cursor at 'Unnamed Folder' (Please refer Video) Expected: Default cursor should be seen in 'Unnamed Folder' as folder name is not entered Actual: Instead Default cursor is seen missing i.e. after clicking on Folder grey border is seen around the search box of app launcher This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62 @omrilio: Please confirm the Issue

You mean the I-beam should be on the "unnamed Folder" label? The current focus seems good to me as we do not consider a folder being unnamed to be an anomaly nor an obligation. We shouldn't therefore force focus on it. In addition, placing the I-beam on the label in tablet mode would trigger on-screen keyboard by default (as far as I understand).

Able to reproduce the issue on latest M-67 67.0.3390.0/10558.0.0 dev-channel Daisy i.e. Default cursor is still seen missing for 'Unnamed Folder' in App Launcher
