Regression : Unnecessary black screen is seen on opening Play store from Shelf |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev-channel Jerry OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user -> Launch chrome and Open Play store (2)Now at shelf click on 'Play store' icon to minimize and again click on it to open -> Observe unnecessary black screen is seen (Please refer video) Expected: No such black screen should be seen Actual: Instead black screen is seen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-63 Reks @khmel : please confirm the Issue Note : Issue is seen in M-64, M-65 and also on M-66

Able to repro on latest M-72 72.0.3582.0/11166.0.0 dev-channel Reks i.e. click on 'Play store' icon to minimize and again click on it to open -> Observe unnecessary black screen is seen(Click on Icon continuously) Reopening this issue for confirmation Thanks..!!

Looks like visual polish (on the video I barely distinguish the black screen, maybe a small fraction of a second), so I would say P2, not really P1. |
