This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build: 67.0.3362.0 (Revision: 540778)
Bad Build: 67.0.3364.0 (Revision: 541279)

You are probably looking for a change made after 540910 (known good), but no later than 540911 (first known bad).

CHANGE-LOG URL:

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

I sync'ed to branch-heads/3396 (which I believe is the m67) branch and I'm not able to repro the bug. I made several fixes shortly after this bug was reported (that are included in the m67 build). I believe one of those has addressed this issue.

I'm marking this WontFix because it's likely 'already fixed'. Please let me know if this is still happening.
