Regression:Cursor moves out of the folder in App launcher while naming

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Open App launcher >>click on a folder containing single app
(2)Name the folder with long text and observe cursor moves out of the folder

Actual: Cursor moves out of the folder
Expected:Cursor shouldn't move  out of the folder

This is a Regression issue seen as same is working fine in M-65 beta

Note : 
1.Issue is working fine in M-63, M-64
2. Issue is working fine with folder containing more that one app.

@omrilio: Please confirm the issue

One item folder by design should not exist, there seems to be some issue with sync service. I tried to repro the one-item folder, but found another issue 822839.

One item should not exist. I am marking as WontFix and let's focus on 822839 to fix this.
