Non-Regression : Unnecessarily 'Get info' option is seen enabled for Folder in Files App

Chrome Version: 67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Peppy and Jerry
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> go to Files App -> Create any Folder
(2)Now select Folder -> right click on it and observe  'Get info' option  is seen enabled -> 
(3)Select 'Get info' option and observe 'No preview' is seen
(Please refer Video)

Expected: 'Get info' option should be disable for Folder as preview cannot be seen
Actual: Instead  'Get info' option is enabled and 'No preview' is seen on clicking  'Get info' option 

This is Non-regression Issue seen from M-62

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Quick view is not just for preview, but for any metadata too.
For folders, we show modifiedTime and total directory size on quick view.
(Especially, folder size can be seen only on quick view, so we can't disable it.)
