Regression : Chrome crash is seen continuously after signing into user in Candy device

Chrome Version: 67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev-channel Candy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build ->Sign into User -> After few seconds observe chrome crash is seen and it will be continued
(Please refer Video)

Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Sign-Out screen
2.Issue is not seen on other devices(Peppy,Daisy,Reks,Kip,Jerry,Gnawty)
3.Issue is sen on Blaze and Minnie also
4.Unable to provide crash Ids

Expected:  No such chrome crash should be seen
Actual: Instead  continuous  Chrome crash is seen 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 67.0.3366.3/10486.0.0 dev-channel Candy

Note : Unable to get any crash id from this to update the stack trace
as this is continuously crashing

Issue is also seen on 67.0.3374.0/10499.0.0 dev-channel Kip and Paine.
Mark the bug 'P0' as we are not able to work on the devices

I agree with #5, this does not seem related to login, esp given there is another crash following the first crash.
