Size of vertical space is different from the space size in Edge and Firefox (Grid, rotated text)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Open https://tobireif.com/demos/grid/ . What is the expected behavior? The vertical space at the bottom should be the same in all browsers. What went wrong? Seems to be fixed in r530491 (Chrome 66, not merged to 65). Isn't this a duplicate of issue 802021 ?
