Dark mode looks broken

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Canary
2. Open DevTools
3. Menu -> Settings -> Set Theme to "Dark"

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Some elements are light instead of dark.

Did this work before? Yes It worked fine yesterday

Chrome version: 67.0.3372.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3

I can confirm on Linux as well.

This is *not* present in the current dev channel on Linux.

Closing, since this is no longer reproducible.  I suspect it may have been fixed by:
