Regression: Ending alphabets are seen chopped in Join WiFi network overlay when language is Arabic |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev channel Jerry,Peppy,Candy OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover Build >> In OOBE screen, change the language to Arabic (2)Go to 'Connect to a network' screen >> Open Join WiFi network >> EAP method (3)Select any EAP method (Ex: EAP-TTLS) and observe its text Actual:Ending alphabets of the word are seen chopped Expected: Ending alphabets of the word shouldn't get chopped This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 65.0.3325.167/ 10323.58.0 Beta Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS Attached the screencast for reference..

This is pretty bizarre. Its seems to be specific to, or at least most apparent with, all caps strings. Strings with certain letters ('P', '-') seem to be more impacted than others.
I don't see any reason why this would be specific to the page or even to Settings, except maybe some global CSS may be affecting it.
It seems to affect all font-family values and sizes.
