Video open links should not be displayed with CCT

Project Member Reported by fbeaufort@chromium.org, Mar 16 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : 67.0.3369.0
Operating System : Android 8.1.0; Pixel 2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Google app
2. Look for YouTube video suggestions and open one
3. Long-press on video in "Chrome Custom Tabs".

What is the expected result?
It should do the same as in "regular" Chrome.

What happens instead of that?
It prompts user to "Open in new Chrome tab" and "Open in incognito tab". When picking one, it opens a dead Blob URL.

By "the same as regular Chrome", do you mean not allowing a context menu at all? Is that something that the page does?
Is chrome/browser/renderer_context_menu/ used in CCT?
Yes. Not allowing context menu seems to be what the YouTube page wants.

Re: #c2, is it used on Android?

Maybe not. Though, is CCT using the same context menu code than regular Chrome Android?

Not completely, although they do share some code. From the point of the web page, it shouldn't make a difference though (I assume the web page intercepts the contextmenu event?)

Handling the bookkeeping but keeping as unassigned since P3.
