New tab grid animation is slow

On latest Bling Canary from March 15th, with new TabSwitcher flag enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Tap on tab switcher button
(2) Watch the animation that goes from single tab to tab switcher. The animation is pretty slow compared to current animation on stable. This is frustrating when I'm just using tab switcher to open a new tab.

I'm going to close this bug since we already have an open task for animation tuning in the tab grid. This specifically is something I want to consider; the concern is that if the animation is significantly faster, there's too much motion all at once.
