Probably there are multiple reasons for TSAN failures, I saw 2 types of TSAN errors:

1.In SitePerProcessMouseWheelHitTestBrowserTest.* tests - related to Features (access on IO thread and then subsequent creation new FeatureList on the main thread)

2.DomSerializerTests* related to Get/SetCrashKeyString, and access from GPU and IO threads. 

I've no idea which CL could be the culprit

https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/961264 seems related.

sahel@: Can you take a look, your CL looks like the possible culprit.

https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/961264 is reverted in build #19156 and build #19157 has still failed after the revert.

Also maybe duplicate of  crbug.com/822396 ?

Please feel free to assign it back to me if you still think that I am the proper owner.
