This bug is branched off of  crbug.com/820816 

User explains in that bug that trying to see the size of LocalData (cookies, etc.) used is cumbersome in the new UI. This Enhancement asks what we can do to improve this UX.

"2) And very hard: now must open settings, and content and cookies and display cookies/data.. and can't see data size used; must open each category to see size of data."
