Remove the SyzyAsan bots

It doesn't impact the Syzygy waterfall.

Adding the infra trooper to this crbug, I'm not sure if the CL in c4 requires a master restart? I've removed the bot from the master config in build/ (see c2), and restarted the master (c3) but the bot is still there (and failing) : https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/chromium.lkgr/Win%20SyzyASAN%20LKGR/

AFAIK these bots are gone.
