Chrome will not stay logged into Twitter after it closes

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.twitter.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Log into twitter.com 2. Close Chrome 3. Re-open Chrome and go to twitter.com and you'll see that you're logged out What is the expected behavior? After logging into Twitter, it should stay logged in unless the "log out" button is clicked. What went wrong? The cookie that Twitter stores to stay logged in has stopped working. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes 63.0.3239 Does this work in other browsers? Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.162 and latest canary #67.0.3371.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Loged into twitter.com 2. Closed Chrome 3. Re-opened Chrome and navigated to twitter.com 4. Observed that twitter stayed logged in as expected. kevinjweiner@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #67.0.3371.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Unable to reproduce the issue on mac book air 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.162 and latest canary #67.0.3371.0. As the issue is not reproducible from TE-end. Hence, removing label Needs-Bisect and requesting UI>Browser to please have a look into the issue. Thanks...!!

[kevinjweiner]: Do you have Chrome set to clear cookies on exit / use session-only cookies, with an exception for www.twitter.com? There was a recent change in behavior that potentially affects that particular case.
