certain youtube videos to fail to play when enable-site-per-process flag is enabled

Reported by mark.b...@gmail.com, Mar 15 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : 65.0.3325.162
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ensure the "enable-site-per-process" chromium flag is disabled
2. view youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g8IW7NEerY
3. note that the video plays as expected
4. enable the "enable-site-per-process" flag
5. note that the prior video does not play

What is the expected result?
Youtube videos play irrespective of the "enable-site-per-process" flag.

What happens instead of that?
Certain youtube videos do not play when "enable-site-per-process" flag is enabled.

Hmm, this reproduced for me a few times in a row (thus why I reported it), but now when I try it again it seems that the videos playability isn't related to the flag at all.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.162 using Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Enabled "enable-site-per-process" in chrome://flags
3. Navigated to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g8IW7NEerY and played the video
We are able to play the video with out any issue both by enabling and disabling the flag. Attaching the screen cast of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screen cast and let us know if we have missed anything. Any further inputs from your end may help us.

Note: Tentatively adding component Internals>Media.

I haven't seen the issue again for several days, so I'm thinking it was something else. The issue seemed to be correlated with the flag at the time of reporting, but something else must have been the cause. Thanks for investigating, I suggest closing this bug.
