What steps will reproduce the problem?(1)Sign-in to user>> Open NTP, Right click on Bookmarks bar to get context menu and click on Add folder.
(2)Keep tabbing in Add folder overlay and observe
Actual: Blue focus is not seen on Bookmarks bar option while tabbing
Expected: Blue focus should be seen on Bookmarks bar option while tabbing
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
NOTE: Issue is working fine on Windows and Linux and have attached the screencast
Issue is seen on M63, M64, M66 and M67 also
