OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://apps/'.
2. Now press shift+Esc key to open task manager and kill GPU process.
3. Again kill GPU process and observe.

Actual: 'chrome://apps' page turns blank after termination GPU process twice.
Expected: Chrome://apps page should not turn blank after termination GPU process twice.

This is Regression issue broken in 'M-66’ and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:66.0.3343.0 (Revision: 535277)
Bad Build:66.0.3344.0  (Revision: 535592) 

You are probably looking for a change made after 535431 (known good), but no later than 535432 (first known bad).
