Non-Regression:Black patch is seen on Slideshow wall of Chrome webstore page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,open https://chrome.google.com/webstore/ and observe the slide show wall while loading. 

Actual:Black patch is seen on Slideshow wall while loading for the first time
Expected: No such black patch should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62.

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
