[Mac] Focus get lost from Chrome Task Manager window after ending the process of any webpage.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 66.0.3359.33 (Official Build)(64-bit)Revision 829b54d98e4bcf8906c6ea642e2645f91e98ca29-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#258}
OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1,10.13.4).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to 3-4 webpages.
2. Go to wrench menu, hover mouse pointer on More Tools option and select Task Manager.
3. Now select any webpage from Task Manager window, click on End Process button and observe.

Actual: Focus get lost from Chrome Task Manager window.
Expected: Focus should not lost from Chrome Task Manager window.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 series.

NOTE: 
1. This issue is also reproducible on M-65 Stable (build # 65.0.3325.162) and M-67 Canary (build #67.0.3371.0).
2. This issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux (14.04 LTS) machines.

Just to update: Still we are able to reproduce the issue on Latest canary #72.0.3608.4.on Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1,10.13.4).
Please find the screen shot for reference.
