Chrome Version: 66.0.3359.33 (Official Build) 829b54d98e4bcf8906c6ea642e2645f91e98ca29-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#258}(32/64 bit)

OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10) OS

Steps to reproduce:
1)Launch chrome and open DevTools on NTP.
2)On DevTools ,select setting option from 'customize and control DevTools' and click on workspace.
3)Now click on 'Add folder' button ,any add folder and observe.

Actual Result: File path is seen misaligned for long path in workspace on DevTools.
Expected Result: File path should be aligned properly for path in workspaceon DevTools.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M60' series i.e 60.0.3072.0
 
NOTE: 
1.Issue is also seen on M-65 Stable(build #65.0.3325.162) and Canary  M-67 (build #67.0.3371.0) .
Issue is not seen on Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04) OS
