What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to the above URL and click on USB option.
2. Observe USB Overlay.

Actual: Keyboard and Mouse USB entries are not seen on USB overlay.

Expected: Entries should be seen on USB overlay

This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, and below is the bisect info (Unable to provide bisect using  new script 'hasbisect-per-revision' method and providing bisect using old script).
