Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.33 OS: Mac 13.3.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://help and select Report an Issue >> then System Information (2) Maximize System Information dialog >> Hover on top menu bar, click on Feedback and select Hide Feedback -- Observe black screen Expected: No black screen should be seen. Actual: Instead unwanted black screen is seen. NOTE:1. Can navigate back only by clicking on About google chrome button when hovered on top Menu bar. 2. Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows. This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!

This is not a feedback app issue. It's probably browser engine rendering issue relevant to mac only. I'm not the right owner.

How is the Hide Feedback menu item implemented? This seems at first glance to be one for the Mac team to look at. shrike@, it seems you have moved on. Who do we CC for that now? This doesn't seem very high priorty. Who full screens their system information dialog?
