Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.33 (Official Build)Revision 829b54d98e4bcf8906c6ea642e2645f91e98ca29-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#258} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) and Linux(14.04). Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cave-run/hgagjefipjphoggnobcenpnjjimejcme?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome, go to above URL and add the 'Cave Run' extension. 2. Click on browser toolbar to open added extension and then click on 'Large window' icon. 3. Click on Flash icon in omnibox to open Flash bubble, press 'Tab' key such that focus reaches to 'Learn more' icon and observe. Actual: Grey focus highlight is not seen properly. Expected: Grey focus highlight should be seen properly. This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 66.0.3350.0 (Revision: 537343) Bad build: 66.0.3352.0 (Revision: 538313) Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results: You are probably looking for a change made after 537395 (known good), but no later than 537396 (first known bad). CHANGELOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/843d1d5f482db2974eba3a2ed016d835064974b0..e983a4e5bb74dda566a30dc325a4380b56cbd8b7 Suspecting: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/e983a4e5bb74dda566a30dc325a4380b56cbd8b7 @bsep: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner. NOTE: This issue is also reproducible on M-67 Canary (build # 67.0.3371.0). Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference. Thank you.
