Android notification inline reply doesn't work with ChromeVox

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable spoken feedback
(2) Show any Android inline reply notification
(3) Navigate on it and activate the text field

What is the expected result?
Able to type text

What happens instead?
Unable to type text

Activate and focus notification content view

- Activate and focus notification content view with text selection
  changed event in Android. If text selection changed is dispatched from
  Android, it means that user is trying to type something in Android
  notification.
