Currently BlueZ StartDiscovery/StopDiscovery returns without waiting for the actual operation to be done. This caused several problems:
* race condition in bluez (though already fixed with temp workaround)
* chrome wrong assumption about Discovering property

There is an upstream patch to fix this, so we need to verify the patch is safe and apply it.
