Issue description
Chrome Version : 65.0.3325.162
OS Version: 10.0 (16299)
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: N/A
Firefox: OK
IE/Edge: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy the attached TTF file to C:\Windows\Fonts\ if it doesn't already exist (preferably in a sandbox or VM since you know better than to copy binary files from strangers you don't know)
2. Open attached fonttest.html
3. Open the console/element inspector, selecting the element in question and viewing the computed styles section.
3. Observe the section "test" and compare its output to the sections "pass" and "fail".
What is the expected result?
In the presence of a font named "Segoe Boot Semilight" and a font named "Segoe UI Semilight", a rule specifying font ".local('Segoe UI Semilight')" should load "Segoe UI Semilight" and not "Segoe Boot Semilight".
What happens instead of that?
The font "Segoe Boot Semilight" is rendered instead.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Be sure to test this on a Windows 10 PC, which has the Segoe Boot and Segoe UI fonts.

Thanks for filing the issue ! Checked the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.162 and on the latest canary 67.0.3377.0 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Downloaded the file "segoen_slboot.ttf" and pasted it under C:\Windows\Fonts\ 2. Launched Chrome and opened "fonttest.html" in a new tab. 3. Inspected the page. We observed page rendered similar to that of the one attached in comment#0. @mqudsi: As we are not very clear about point no.3 in comment#0 which says, "selecting the element in question and viewing the computed styles section" - It would be highly helpful if elaborated on it. Any further inputs from your end may help us to triage the issue in a better way.
