Currently, device information from AuthenticatorGetInfo command is cached only for a single request life cycle. Evaluate the cost/benefits of caching device information for longer period for BLE devices based on mac addresses.

If the saved round trip time is significant (especially for BLE authenticators), cache the device information for longer periods.
