Search on the Settings page cannot find "Wi-Fi" when the search term is "wifi"

Chrome Version: 64.0.3282.167
OS: ChromeOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Note "Wi-Fi" is the first item in settings.
(2) Search for: wifi

What is the expected result?

Search result section should display the "Wi-Fi" section.

What happens instead?

 Bug 821935 . Even if that gets fixed, it would display "No search results found" which is not ideal.
