htc scribble won't open if updates uninstalled but if not uninstalled htc mail can't send emails

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Uninstalled update 2. Install update 3. What is the expected behavior? Open htc scribble app retain lost notes and send emails with new updates installed What went wrong? After updating could not send emails but can open htc scribble.ubinstal updates cannot open scribble but can send emails again WebStore page: Did this work before?
