Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Install Lastpass Password manager 
2. Try to create or edit a password
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Lastpass should offer to save newly created sites. I should be able to select the login information from the login text box. 

What went wrong?
Sometime during the version 66 cycle, things changed. There was a brief restoration of normal capabilities on 3-02-2018 but a subsequent update broke the capabilities.

Chrome version: 67.0.3369.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10488.0.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.113

I have been in touch with Lastpass, and they see the same. This issue happens in Canary on Windows as well.
