can i get more informations about "Needs-triage-Mobile"?

Tested the issue using #65.0.3325.109 on Micromax 5.0.0 and could not reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in original comment. Able to play the video in Full screen mode.

this issue cannot reproduces on chrome beta(66.x) for webview implements

Iframes needs the allowfullscreen attribute for them to allow fullscreen:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/iframe#Attributes

What test case are you using? Does your iframe have that attribute?

yes, that iframe have allowfullscreen attribute.
this is more happened with video tag within complex DOM tree.
