video fullscreen is not working in iframe with WebView

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter website which contains video in iframe
2. play
3. tap fullscreen button on video

What is the expected behavior?
should be viewable as fullscreen

What went wrong?
cannot see video. see the attached file

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162  Channel: stable
OS Version: 5.0

Tested the issue using #65.0.3325.109 on Micromax 5.0.0 and could not reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in original comment. Able to play the video in Full screen mode.

@videoinfra: Request you to verify this issue in latest #65.0.3325.109 and help us with a sample URL, if you still face the issue?

Iframes needs the allowfullscreen attribute for them to allow fullscreen:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/iframe#Attributes

What test case are you using? Does your iframe have that attribute?
yes, that iframe have allowfullscreen attribute.
this is more happened with video tag within complex DOM tree.
