No sound in headset after a getUserMedia request if it's plugged before starting chrome on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 - X90F

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. get webrtc sample project (git clone https://github.com/webrtc/samples)
2. go in webrtc-sample/src/content/devices/input-output/index.html file
3. add audio balise with src file (like <audio src="https://archive.org/download/testmp3testfile/mpthreetest.mp3"></audio>)
4. plug headset on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3
5. open chrome on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3
6. go to webrtc input output sample url on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3
7. accept to use micro/camera (this is work fine)
8. close Chrome on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3
9. open Chrome on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 
10. go to webrtc input output sample url on Lenovo Yoga Tab 3

What is the expected behavior?
We can hear sound on headset

What went wrong?
No sound on headset

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.109  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.1
Flash Version: 

I tested this steps on multiple device and it's work fine for all except in Lenevo Yoga Tab 3

Are you sure the headset has become the default audio device and that there is no other device selected as the preferred device on chrome://settings/content/microphone ?

Tested the issue using #65.0.3325.109 on Samsung S7, 6.0.1 and could not reproduce the issue. Able to hear sound on headset.

Unable to test this issue in Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 as device isn't available with us.

guidou@: Yes. I tested to other devices (see the issue attachment) but I reproduce this bug only on Yoga Tab 3
