Sergiy, could you migrate all our bots to remote run? We need to do this anyways as part of the luci migration.
Er, it's getting late and I'm not typing clearly; vpython never actually runs 'in' vpython. The second one will identify and clear the parent vpython's environment.
But I still think it's the wishy-washyness of annotated_run causing the flake here.
The only thing I can think of is that there's a race while setting up that
virtualenv somehow? Because the working/non-working builds show exactly the
same vpython environment.
Also this is working on all chromium builders :'(. What's different here?
Most bots are working as expected. Only "V8-Blink Linux 64 (dbg)" looks broken, but has also rarely succeeded prior to migration. I'll continue watching this bot, but IIUC the issues are not related to remote_run migration, hence closing this as Fixed.
