Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: While we report issue from Chrome Browser,Include screenshot not working What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? It should hide desktop background screen like it does when we send issue from gmail. Did this work before? Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.162 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Clicked Alt+Shift+I We are able to see the correct suggestion of attachment of screenshot. Attaching the screenshots of the same for reference. @Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screenshots provided and let us know if anything missed from our end. Any further inputs from you may be helpful.

Tested the issue on chrome reported version 65.0.3325.162 using windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to gmail, clicked on three dot menu > help > Report an issue, able to see attachment with gmail background image 2) Opened new tab and navigated to Wikipedia page, clicked on three dot menu > help > Report an issue, able to see attachment with Wikipedia page. @Reporter: Please find the attached screen cast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in verifying the issue, if possible could you please provide screen cast of excepted behaviour which helps in better understanding. As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 67.0.3396.62 and there is no response from the reporter from a long time, closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix. @Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues observed on the latest chrome builds. Thanks! |
