Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to internet using hotspot device (Verizon LTE iphone or other) 
2. Connect to VPN, OpenVPN w presharedkey
3. attempt to load a page (speedtest.net has no upload capability)

What is the expected behavior?
VPN was compatible with verizon hotspot device prior to update.

What went wrong?
vpn drops within seconds of load on VPN

Did this work before? Yes The previous version before I uptated to 64.0.3282.190
